Before You Submit Your Application
Select each section below to review the requirements.
1 Business Application Requirements Information needed to evaluate your business
- Use your legal business name and current business address.
- Provide the primary contact authorized to manage the account.
- Tell us where and how you plan to sell Bunker 27 products.
- Make sure the information matches your resale documentation.
- Submitting an application does not automatically grant wholesale access.
- Every application is reviewed individually.
2 Resale Certificate Requirements Texas and out-of-state documentation
Texas Applicants
Texas businesses should complete the resale-certificate portion of Texas Form 01-339. The business name, address and Texas taxpayer number should match the information in your application.

Submit the resale certificate required by your state. The Multistate Tax Commission certificate may be used in certain states, but it is not accepted universally. Individual state requirements and limitations still apply.

Important:
A sales-tax permit, business license, W-9 or EIN confirmation alone
might not qualify as a properly completed resale certificate.
3 Email Your Resale Certificate Required before wholesale ordering is approved
After submitting the online application, email your properly completed resale certificate to:
wholesale@bunker27.comUse the subject line: Resale Certificate – Your Business Name
Your online application may be submitted before the certificate is emailed. Wholesale ordering access and resale tax treatment will not be approved until the required documentation has been received and verified.
Do not email Social Security numbers, driver's licenses, W-9s or other personal identification documents.
4 What Happens After You Apply Review, approval and account access
- Your application is placed into pending review.
- Bunker 27 reviews your business and resale information.
- We may contact you for clarification or additional documents.
- Approved applicants receive wholesale ordering access and sign-in instructions.
- Applicants cannot access wholesale pricing or place B2B orders before approval.
